Goats, Oats, Horses & Tractors

Ministry is an adventure @ El Saucillo. God is doing some great things through El Saucillo that will continue to have a global impact with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

Thanks for being a part of what He is doing! Posted by Picasa
One of the reasons we relocated to Houston Texas was to allow us the ability to go to Mexico and work there in between our deputation work in the U.S.

The past 2 weeks I have been traveling in regards to advancements of El Saucillo and continued plans for the ministry down there.I spent 2 days in transporting a new blood line of meat goats to El Saucillo. Then I spent time in San Antonio with Phil, Loren and Doug viewing a compressed earth block machine that we will be using to construct most of the future buildings for El Saucillo (about $22,000.00).

I returned to Houston, picked up the family and we headed down to Mexico for a few days. While there we made plans for the Institute for Advanced English Studies (benefits missionary prepartion + outreach) Pray for Joseph Kasper as he continues to develop this branch of the ministry.

I spent 2 days on horseback looking over the property and planning future site locations. I also spent some time on the tractor helping Phil to open up a new field for winter oats. The girls rode, and visited the new arrivals.

Goats, Oats? What is that all about? Remember the mission statement for El Saucillo is "financing the Great Commission & Forging New Concepts to accomplish the Great Commission"

We hated to leave but have to continue raising our support.

Thank you Metropolitan Baptist Chruch, Houston Texas for your commitment to monthly support of $250.00. Posted by Picasa
